When you say the result is sent to "internal server" are you referring to the Internal Server reporting option that is specified in the Quiz > Reporting screen in Captivate?
If so, then you need to be aware that trying to use the Aggregator will disable that functionality. The Aggregator takes only the SWFs from the modules it bundles together and then adds its own HTM and JS file. This effectively strips away components required for the Internal Server reporting mechanism.

You are correct that the adobecaptivatews file is being targeted by the firewall because it thinks it is some kind of security risk. The ws characters on the end of the filename stand for Web Server.
I had the same issue for some time with my Norton antivirus software picking off this file every time I opened Captivate. Eventually Norton seemed to work out it wasn't a virus and now leaves it alone, but it took months.

I am unable to get gestures to work in a normal (non-responsive) HTML5 scalable Captivate 9 project.
I have confirmed:
- Individual slides "Allow Gesture Naviation" is checked
- When publishing "Mobile Gestures" says "Yes"

You were right...
Seems i was doing something odd. I copied a slide which had the same filenames in the library as the Original project. Therefore CC where not copied as it seems that they can not address to the same source (audio file). Changed the name in the library before copying and that seemed to work.

Out of supported gestures in Captivate only Pinch and zoom will not work on scalable Blank projects. Since they contradict scaling. gestures like swipe to navigate, long tap to play/pause do work on scalable projects.

I have a PowerPoint imported into Captivate 7. about 2 months ago, the file worked. I republished to update some content but now nothing displays- grey screen when I publish to Scorm cloud to test.

I have the same issue needing to convert captivate v4 cp file so can be read by recent purchase of captivate 9. Why was such a conversion not built into later releases? Can I have details to download 5.5 trial version please. Thanks.
Captivate 7 is certainly not compatible with Win10, that could be the cause. Only the last version CP9 is compatible.
Did you create that file on a Win10 system?

But I sincerely doubt you will be able to get a useful upgrade. Those versions are so many years from each other, and almost everything has changed. Be aware that AS2 is not supported since CP5.

That's the name of the online LMS: SCORM Cloud. There are lots of LMSs in the world but only one is called SCORM Cloud.

We publish HTML5 to BlackBoard all the time and have had no issues with clickboxes.

I use it to test SCORM-files, if there are issues with the LMS to be sure it is due to the LMS or to Captivate.

I've struggled to get pinch zoom to work in non-responsive html Cp8 and 9 projects and the pinch zoom gesture is critical for a number of projects I'm on. Am I right in saying that only responsive design allows pinch when gestures are enabled? I'm going to test this today and get back to this group.
I didn't test it, but from Devraj's answer I detect that it will not work for 'scalable' HTML projects. Did you check the option 'Scalable HTML content' when publishing?
In previous tests, scalable HTML content was checked. So yes, it was checked. Are you suggesting that if I uncheck that box when I publish a non-responsive project that pinch zoom will work?
Test it, have no time myself today.
