Have you set this internal server up so that all other users can also access it? E.g. have you set the internal server up on your internal company network as a web server, or did you just set it up on your local computer? Unless you set it up as a network location that all other users can get to via their web browsers, it won't work. There's no point putting your Captivate content on a location that only YOU can reach.
