6.1 update isn't showing in application manager

Hi there,

We've recently bought a subscription version of Captivate 6 - in the documentation is says to update to version 6.1 you need to go to Help/Updates and then the 6.1 update will appear in the list.

It isn't showing in ours - is there something else we need to do before the update will appear?
