I havne't checked this yet.

But if you want to share it to yoru director for reviewing there is a .CREV file that you can create from Captivate.

File --Collaborate -- Send for Shared Review. The advantage there would be, he check the content from a users perspective and at the same time add comments/feedback at any place. You can even import those comment in your Captivate project directly.
