Can you define "not working"?
Does the Text Animation dialog never appear to allow you to enter the text?
Are you able to enter the text but it doesn't appear during preview?
Are you able to preview but the text doesn't appear when you publish?
Are you able to publish and it works on your PC but not when you copy it to the web or elsewhere?
