On Win 7 I have a Cp CS6 project with 11 slides. Each slide has audio. The audio files are in the Library as:
Text to Audio 1
Text to Audio 2
...
Text to Audio 11
1.
When I open Audio->Audio Management and try to export audio from there (either single or all at once) there appears a dialog asking me to choose a folder. I choose an empty folder. Then a next dialog appears asking whether to replace existing files (with options Yes / Yes to all / No / No to all). No matter what I choose, nothing is exported. The folder is as empty as before.
2.
Second option is to go to the Library and export from there. If I select all 11 audio files and right click and click Export, then choose an empty folder and Export, the following files are in this folder after export. There are only 4 and named strangely.
Text to Au.mp3
Text to Au.wav
Text to Aud.mp3
Text to Aud.wav
3.
Third option is to select a single file from the Library and export it. And this works as expected - it creates an mp3 or wav file. However, exporting one by one is inconvenient because:
a) the "Export As" window does not remember the previously chosen folder, so every time it's necessary to choose the folder from the root
b) the "Export As" window does not remember the mp3 format, so 2 additional clicks each time
Is there a method to make Captivate allow export multiple audio at a time? Is it a problem with Captivate in general or only with my file or workflow?
