The Submit button will immediately evaluate the quiz question as soon as it is clicked. You cannot delay the evaluation itself. But you can control the total number of seconds duration of the quiz slide and the point at which it pauses in the middle, which then allows you to control the number of seconds before it finishes and moves to the next slide AFTER the feedback captions have been dismissed.
You can set the pause point of the quiz slide via sliding the vertical line on the slide timeline.
