Re: Captivate 6 - Skin Disappearing

Hi there,

Are you running the .swf from inside that Zip file or  have you unzipped that? Or have you already uploaded that to somewhere and then playing it? (in order to check that published project, unzip it first, and then play)

Please try these:

Run Adobe Captivate as Admin, then open that project.

Change the slide Quality to 24 bit or optimized, do this for every slide.

Then go to edit> Preferences > SWF size and quality > make that to custom, uncheck advanced compression and compress SWF file.

Then publish and check force republish option at the time of publishing.
