Connection Error - Captivate 6.0.1.240

I inserted a F4V video in a 3 slide Captivate film strip, published with SCORM to SWF Zip. Receive Connection Error Message. Any suggestions? Works fine when I play it in Captivate. Fails even when playing the swf file in the Zip.
