captivate 5.5 published project some buttons won't work for a long time

Hi,

I have a problem (actually I have multiple capitvate problems but anyway...)

I have a project that is roughly 40mb in finished form over################## 37 slides.

Certain buttons in both preview a#nd published versions of my project DO NOT work do not unless I wait for a long, long time. Other buttons, such as my home button work instantaneously. I do not know why - the settings are all consistent.

Also in my preview and published verions of that project, videos works fine. In my LMS exported version, video does not work at all.

ANY assistance would be greatly appreciated.
