Am I correct in undestanding from your message that your LMS is on a separate server to the location of the content files? If so then yes, you will be having issues with SCORM content as it is not designed to be served from within the LMS, not from another domain. AICC allows for cross-domain access. The SCORM standard expects the course files to be on the LMS server.
