When I access help my Update option is grayed out. However, I found the patch at this link http://helpx.adobe.com/captivate/kb/captivate-6-patch.html and had my help desk log in to download the patch. (We do not have administrative rights to download files.) My help desk received a message saying that the update manger was corrupt and needed to be downloaded. She downloaded a new update manager, then attempted to download the patch again. We got the same message... to download update manager... I feel dizzy from the circles.
