Are you sure about that? I'm questioning it because of the posts I've seen today where folks are asking how to go about "upgrading" when they have a subscription. And I noted one of the Adobe support folks said they had to download the eval version and install it. Then the subscription would "see" that and upgrade accordingly. So it doesn't seem that the process was in any way "automatic" as if it were, folks wouldn't be asking how they upgrade their "cloud" version, no?
