Bit difficult without seeing your settings. Try to create a different action for Success and for Failure. An example: send them to two different slides. And check also the number of attempts (set it to 1), and if you want to keep the objects on the target sources, uncheck the option 'Send Drag Source to Original Position' that is checked by default. But you will never be able to have a partial score: even a partial incorrect answer will result in a score=0 (like for Matching and Sequence questions).
