Captivate 6 - Preview and Publish problems

Hello

I'm new to Captivate 6 (but Cap 5 pro), and I'm having some issues with Previewing and Publishing several projects.  I am currently running version 6.0.1.240.

When previewing in a web browser and on published projects, there are several issues.

1. At the end of each slide the screen flashes to white before moving to the next slide even though it is set to no transition.  The transitions aren't smooth.
2. At the start of the playback on the 3rd slide, the screen goes black on preview and white on the published version.

I've done some research and haven't been able to find a solution for these problems.  Does anyone have any suggestions?
