I was on XP and have since had my operating system updated to IE10 and have now found that the zoom area is displaying correctly, therefore I would suggest checking if updating your OS will help?
Unfortunately though now when I play the htm file it opens up really really small, even though I have the stipulated in the script for the file to open 100% - if anyone knows what I can do to change this so it opens fully that would be great.
