Captivate 6: Publishing a CPTX (with an MP4 video inserted) to MP4

Hi, I have a CPTX project that proceeds from an opening slide (imported from PPT) to an MP4 video (recorded in Captivate as a CPVC (video demo), then published as an MP4 before being imported into the CPTX), to a closing slide (imported from PPT). Everything plays smoothly and correctly in Preview mode. When published to SWF and played in my own browser, it also works. When published to MP4 though, 2 different things happened- 1) the video image appeared, and the audio narration progressed correctly, but there was no movement on screen (the video is of mouse movements). At the end of the audio narration (timed to the length of the video), the closing slide screen appeared as expected. 2) when published again to MP4, the first mouse movement of the video is reflected, but that is all- the audio continues playing but no further mouse movements are reflected on the screen.

I need this project to publish & play correctly in MP4, as it will be hosted on an external site (Wistia); when I upload the SWF there, I get the message "No Connection" once the embedded video section of the published MP4 is supposed to play (the opening slide plays fine)

Any ideas?

Thanks!
