Rod, in the Adobe Education Community I'm known as the Captivate Defender (have a lot of names depending on the situation). This seems very strange, but Captivate is very little used by educators and they look upon it as some minor application that is somewhere in what I call the 'small' Adobe. CC is 'big' Adobe. Whenever I ask a question in a meeting, webinar about Captivate the embarrassed answer is mostly 'We don't know, that is a totally different business unit'. Same for the TechComm Suite that has Framemaker, RoboHelp and Captivate on board. It is my personal opinion, but most of the 'big' people at Adobe are not aware of the evolution of Captivate, and think that it is still only meant to do a screen recording. When they talk about tutorials, I never see Captivate used or even mentioned to be able to do those. The position of Presenter is less clear, since it is also linked with Connect.
