Dave, note that Presenter is a different (but similar) product to "Presenter Video Creator". I am able to run Presenter Video Creator on its own.
Lilybiri, sorry but I wouldn't have a clue what is used for the "big" Adobe apps. I'm only judging from what I've seen Pooja do on a regular basis.
You may be right. Perhaps it's Camtasia or ScreenFlow.
