Presenter video creator is included with Presenter. Reason that Presenter doesn't exist for Mac is that no plug-ins for Powerpoint are allowed by.... you know the Flash killer.
Rick, find it personally a pity that the Captivate Evangelist indeed mostly use Presenter Video Creator, and almost never a CPVC file. And how do you want then that for the PS, ID, ... tutorials Captivate should be used?
