You have two possible work flows:

  • using the batch file that you can find in Utils, a subfolder of the installation folder; Cp has to be closed, and this will delete the existing folder: restarting Cp will result in a fresh folder with default settings
  • looking for the folder in your profile, depends on the OS: for Win7 it is the folder Captivate 6.0 that you find in Users\<your username>\Appdata\Local\Adobe. It is a system folder (normally hidden by MS). You could rename the existing folder and then restart CP; if something goes awry you can always restore the previous folder.
