I am new to Captivate, so this may be a basic question. I have developed my training on PPT 2003 (extension ppt. ) and imported it into Captivate 7. my training MUST be 508 compliant, but when I run it through the screen reader the text on the slide is not seen by the screen reader. in desperation I added my slide text to the "Accessibility" tab, but that was not read either. lastly, when i go to change the tab order on the slides nothing is there to move around - it as if the entire slide is one object instead of multiple lines of text and graphics. see the graphic below for an example of a slide with various text lines and graphics, but tab order only notes it as having one component. am I doing something wrong, or does Captivate's accessibility not function with PowerPoint imports?
