Thank you for the links. However, there are some steps missing from your videos and documents. It appears that prior knowlegde of this subject is assumed.
When creating intructions it is recommended that the creator look at the material from the eyes of the student and not that of the expert. The student is not the expert, that is why they are the student, and training should be delievered from that perspective. There are very few educational manuals, documents, etc that do this and new learners to the subject find it very frustrating when they are assumed to already be the expert. Many trainers and most academic educators frequently make this mistake. I believe it comes from lack of experience on the part of the trainer/teacher but I could be wrong.
