My team has had problems with Java-based applications, specifically creating software demos of them using Captivate. It seems the slides, when published or when previewed, show things that we don't see when editing the slides, or that we saw when capturing them to begin with. We'll see bits of other parts of the application show up in the slide, or bits of other slides show up in the current slide. It looks like a jumbled mess. I've just learned IT is supposed to push a Java update to my development network, taking me to 7.0.25. Can I expect relief from this problem, or is there something else I need to look at?
The .cptx file is in a versioned environment, and we're viewing the published files from their storage location on a SharePoint site.
