It is a refurbished (sorry for the word, but some of the interactions are refurbished widgets) TextArea widget, so not that new as that user seems to proclaim. Maybe she never used the TextArea widget in previous versions. Because it is in the interactions list, that means that it is compatible with HMTL5 which was not the case with the old TextArea widget.
