Welcome to Adobe Community.

If you are on an internal network and you have a server, you can upload the published project there and launch it from there.

OR

You can use an LMS (Learning management system) to upload the course there and they will give links to open the course on your ipad. LMS is a website .

There is a free LMS called ScormCloud, which you can use for this purpose.
