Could you please see if there are any clickboxes on your slides? Because when we import the project from PowerPoint, Captivate puts some clickboxes.
Also, are you previewing as a SWF or HTML5?
You could also try to recreate the project from blank in PPT and then import it to an entirely new project in CP.
