Print Widget

I don't have the ability to modify the Certificate Widget so I am trying to ust the Print Widget to print the current slide.  When I click the Print button nothing happens. 

I don't think I should have to purchase an additional widget when there is already one built in.  How do I get the Print Widget in Captivate 5.5 to print the current slide?
