I recently upgraded from the trial version of Captivate 6 to a purchased version of Captivate 7 for Mac. I'm having a problem with inserting character/actors into my presentation. Thank-you Rod for the previous suggestion that I hadn't downloaded the assets when I downloaded the program. I did this and made it a little further. Now when I click on "Insert" and "Characters", I get a box with the category of character selection window (business, casual, etc), but no actual figures. I pushed OK thinking that they would pop up but only got the spinning beachball of death. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
