Hi there ...
Yet another question for Adobe Captivate 6.1 64 bit.
I'm trying to import audio into the background of my .cptl project. To do this i am using Audio/Import to background, then I'm selecting one of the Adobe looped sounds from my computer.
What i get is the following screen and it all seems fine. I can edit the sound, adjust volume, listen to it, etc BUT there is no save option under the Add/Replace or Edit tabs. When I get to this point, all Captivate functions are locked. I can't save or even log out. I have to use windows task manager to close the application. It feels as if Captivate wants me to accept or save the audio but I have no way, that i can see, of doing this.
Am I doing something wrong? Perhaps it's important to note that I had installation problems with the 64bit version of Captivate but thought I had fixed everything by adding the right dll files. Is it me or is it a problem with the product? In case this helps, I have windows 7 Home Professional.
Can someone advise?
Thanks,
C
