You cannot do this with FMR in Captivate 5.5. As Lilybiri told you, Cp6 and Cp7 have new video capture methods. You would be well advised to download and install the new Cp7 trial version to test if the video capture it now has would render your subject matter better. If it does, then you know what you need to do. Upgrade.
