That is what I explained, but be careful: hope you unchecked it in the Properties panel, not in the timeline (that is only for editing reasons, has no effect on the visibility when published).
But you have several click boxes on the same slide: do you want the shape once revealed to remain visible, or to disappear again when another click box is clicked?
As I told in this thread, answered by Rod, http://forums.adobe.com/message/5463655#5463655 you'd better use a standard action attached to the click box to reveal the shapes in order to avoid the play head (timeline) from moving on. Did you read the blog posts, or watch the video?
