I am also having the problem with the font not changing. I tried all the steps suggested, including updating Captivate, but only one browser--surprisingly an older version of Firefox--will display the CC content in anything other than small Times New Roman. I am trying to make an app for kids, so this will not work!
Is there anything else I can try? It seems to just be a glitch in Captivate??
