Hi there
Perhaps you have turned off help?
Open Windows Explorer (assuming you are on PC) and locate the Adobe Help folder. I found mine in this location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Help
Inside that folder should be the help executable file. For me it was named Adobe Help.exe
Launch that file.
