I had the same issue with a shortcut for a clickbox set to '1' by using the numeric keypad (in both Captivate 6 and 7).
In the published version:
- if '1' was entered on the numeric pad it triggered succes.
- if '1' was entered on the alpha keypad then it it triggered a failure.
I submitted a bug to Adobe, they asked me to send a sample project with this issue. They had the same problem in my published version but they didn't have it when they published my project. It's gone back and forth now for weeks and I found a quite simple workaround:
Enter the shortcut for the click box on the alpa keypad and in the published version the value works when entered on the alpha + numeric keypad.
Enter the shortcut for the click box on the numeric keypad and in the published version the value only works when entered on the numeric keypad.
