Resizing screen captures in Captivate always results in some loss of clarity. It's best to avoid it.
I realize this may be too late in your case, but the BEST solution is to record your captures at the same size as your project will be, then just add the captured slides into the main project slide group so that you can edit everything in the one place.
If you cannot do that this time, remember the lesson for next time.
