This problem has just started occurring, it was working fine for a while.
Whenever I try to edit the Powerpoint presentation I used to create my Captivate 6 project, from with Captivate, it locks up when it gets to the Update stage (it locks up at 10%) and the only way I can escape is to Force Quit (I get the spinning coloured wheel of death).
It seems (but I could be wrong) to have started happening when I either:
1) Put some functionality into the project in Captivate (buttons, quiz questions, quiz question pool), or
2) Copied and pasted some slides from another presentation.
I'm entirely sure of when it started.
I have created the Captivate project in the same folder as the Powerpoint presentation used to create it.
I have tried both editing the Powerpoint presention directly from Captivate and editing the Powerpoint presention from the Library in Captivate.
I'm using a Mac OS X Version 10.7.5 and Captivate 6.1.0.319, with Powerpoint for Mac 2011 Version 14.3.4 (130416).
As I said before, this problem has only just started occuring, I was able to edit other presentations without any problems.
Oh, and I'm on a tight deadline with this project - Yeeks!
