The Total questions answered on the Quiz Review is the wrong Amount. Why?

Hi All,

Using Captivate Six Versin 6.01.1.240.

I have two Prac SIMMS and four Multiple Choice questions which have 2 (A or B) options in each (8 possible anwers in total )

The Quiz Reviewer saids I have 21 total questions.

WHY?

I had inserted prevously 2 short answer questions which the Client wantd removed. I did so by deleting the 2 short answer questions slides from the Filmstrip view.  I had a message appear saying they were deleted but would remain hidden? i then inserted the four Multiple Choice questions.

Please adivse how I can fix this error.
