Re: Captivate 7 Frequently "Not Responding"

Asking Adobe Support for help, adivsed to "force recreate of preferences folders" using these steps...

 

  1. Exit CP7
  2. Rename folder with ".old" extension: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Captivate.old
  3. Rename folder with ".old" extension: C:\Users\kmwulfx\AppData\Local\Adobe\Captivate 7.0.old
  4. Rename folder with ".old" extension: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Adobe\HeadLessCaptivate 7.0.old
  5. Re-launch CP7

 

This did NOT seem to solve the problem. :-(
