Captivate 6 - Getting fatal error message whenever I try to add/edit audio

Greetings,

I have been using Captivate 6 for almost a year now, when today, I try to record audio for a slide, but every time I tried Captivate would freeze and give me this error message:

Tried everything I know to. Checked for updates - none, restarted Captivate 4 times - same result, restarted PC - not fixed.

Any ideas?
