Re: publication cause problems (captivate 6)

Hi there,

Can you confirm the complete Captivate version (help > about Adobe Captivate).

• Make sure that Captivate is updated to 6.0.1.240 or 6.1.0.319.

• In Captivate, click on a slide from Filmstrip, then go to the properties, increase the quality to 24 bit or Optimized, then do this for every slide. (or just select all slides from filmstrip and click on Properties Pane and do the same).

• Then, go to edit > Preferences > SWF size and quality > uncheck advanced project compression and uncheck compress SWF file.
• Then publish the output and check force republish option at the time of publishing.

Please try these steps and let me know how it goes.
