Test case: Quiz is set to 3 attempts. User fails first attempt, passes 2nd attempt. Email triggers upon pass (user clicks Continue button) - email opens with a pre-populated subject line to an admin account (used in lieu of an LMS solution). In this situation only, the email subject line is blank. In the case of the user passing the quiz on the first attempt, the email opens with the pre-populated subject line. This is recent issue and is not exhibited with previously published courses.
