Fullscreen-IE8 exit buttons don't work when published as both SWF & HTML5

Here is the dilemma:

1) YouTube streaming videos added with Insert > Interactions do not function properly (video gets stuck, whilst audio continues). This seems to be fixed if CP7 doc is published as fullscreen.

This leads to another problem:

2)  Once fullscreen, ESC key or any key will not let you exit. If you create buttons and apply EXIT they will work PROVIDED that you only publish as SWF and not both SWF and HTML5. If you publish as both SWF and HTML5 (which is what I require) the buttons do not function. Also the continue button at the end will not function. Therefore you cannot close the window.

3) If you need both SWF and HTML5 and decide to publish them separately, the HTML5 does not function properly on iPad. Quiz answers are missing or it crashes.

This is not ideal anyway since only 1 version should be available to users.

This is all packaged with SCORM 1.2 and put on the LMS Blackboard 9.1 SP12.

Expected results:

I would like to have the fullscreen feature, with working YouTube videos streaming, publish as both SWF and HTML5 and have the exit buttons work. I would like it to work seamlessly without crashing on iPad.
