Thanks for the prompt reply.
I have removed the click box as you suggest and added a single "next" button on the slide which appears at the end of the slide to enable the learner to move to the next slide.
However it is the actions taking place before the slide gets to the end that I am struggling with.
Tthe "text boxes" that appear on the Captivate slide and are used to build up the individual slide (and the ones I want to add audio script to) are those imported from PowerPoint and I cannt see them in the timeline...in fact there is nothing in the timeline apart from the "next slide" button and click box.
So I cannt see how I can control their entry on the slide based on my audio - ie only appear when i have finished speaking - as you can do if creating text boxes with audio in Captivate.
Does this mean I have to create new text boxes in Captivate to be able to control them and synch my audio? Does not make much sense if that is the case.
