We are using Captivate 6.0.1.240 to create a large assessment and publishing it as a SCORM 2004 package to our LMS. We've found on True/False questions were "False" is the correct answer that the SCORM package is not transmitting the "correct response" nor the "learner's response" correctly. If the learner gets the answer correct, i.e. answers "false", the system is sending a value of "true" for both the correct response as well as the learner's response. It is also counting the response as correct; however, it is terribly confusing when looking at the reporting because the instructor is expecting both the correct and learner response to be set to "false".
The vendor of the LMS pulled the data they received from the SCORM package and are saying it is an issue with Captivate and the data it is sending to the LMS.
Has anyone experienced this issue? Is there a workaround or patch available to fix it? How can I view the raw data communicated from the SCORM package in my testing?
