I am working with captivate 5.5. I have a simulation video that has 250 slides. I have set the pre load option to 100%. The project has a menu system that allows people to navigate to multiple stages of the timeline. If I select a menu that jumps towards the end of the lime line within the first ~20 sec of the project loading I get a blank screen and my Pause attached to the button on that slide does not work. After some time the simulation images show but the user has missed part of the simulation. I did come across a potential fix to this that required the replacing of CPSWFGenerator.dll & StopOnDemandLoading.ini but the adobe URL is no longer accurate.
