Hello There,

You can use Wamp/ Microsoft IIS server for reporting in Captivate.

When you use INTERNAL SERVER for reporting in Adobe Captivate you setup a Server where you install WAMP/ Microsoft IIS and place both the PHP files (internalserverread.php & internalServerReporting.php) in root folder.

You can setup your server on Windows, MAC  as "internalServerReporting.php" creates the CaptivateResults folder and .XML files when you report your results.

Using Adobe Captivate Quiz Analyzer you can retrieve your results that uses internalserverread.php, if you are on a LINUX/UNIX machine then you can't retrieve results as internalserverread.php do not work on LINUX/UNIX.

So you need to make sure that you use a Windows or MAC computer to retrieve results using Adobe Captivate Quiz Analyzer which used  internalserverread.php
