Sorry about the inconvenience.
Please try this:
1) Close Captivate.
2) If you have Windows:
For Windows XP:
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\[User Account]\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe and rename Captivate 6.0 to OLDCaptivate 6.0
For Windows 7:
Go to C:\Users\[User Account]\AppData\Local\Adobe and rename Captivate 6.0 to OLDCaptivate 6.0 and Captivate 6.0 x64 to OLDCaptivate 6.0 x64 (if available).
3) If you have MAC:
In Finder click > Go > Go to folder and type /#Users/[username]/Library/Preferences/Adobe/ and rename AdobeCaptivate 6.0 to OLDAdobeCaptivate 6.0
3) Then launch Captivate and check the same.
