Will try to understand: how did you create the video? Is this an automatic capture, do you have separate slides but the slides you are talking about are FMR (Full Motion Recording) slides? You can recognize them: no objects in the Timeline but a red bar in the slide timeline? That is a pure video, only used to capture mouse movements.
