Then it probably means that using the web object has circumvented something on the web page that would normally hide what you're currently seeing. Either way, without knowing exactly how the web page in question was coded, there's probably not much you can do. They obviously didn't factor in that that one day someone would use your current method to view the page (i.e. via a web object interaction inside a Captivate project). Web programmers are quite narrowminded that way.
